We make all kinds of candied nuts, always maintaining quality and the perfect crunch to ensure that tasting them is a pleasure. Our nuts are always carefully selected and, whenever possible, locally sourced (Km 0).

Nougats
Nougats with love.
Our star nougat is the "turrón royo," a nougat that our grandparents already made, typical of the middle Navarra region. The almonds we use are Largueta almonds from the Navarra harvest, and we use heather honey. We make it with rice paper (suitable for celiacs). In the past, our grandmother would use the almond pieces that broke when cracked to make another nougat, which we have named the "grandmother's nougat" in her honor. This nougat is made with almond pieces, sugar, butter, and chocolate, worked thoroughly to make it smooth and turn into a delicious almond and chocolate crunch. On the other hand, we have the "Girlatze," a nougat made with Marcona almonds from the Navarra harvest, sugar, and butter.
Next, we move on to the marzipan ones, delicious as always, with the main ingredients being almonds and honey.
