The traditional candies are those that we've been taught to make since we were very young. They are made with very old molds that have been passed down from generation to generation, and the preparation is done by hand: in a copper pot, we put water, sugar, and food coloring, and we bring it to a boil. When it reaches the right consistency, it's poured into each mold, left to cool, and then 'unmolded.' Each mold has a different shape, and they are made of very heavy and costly materials to work with.

Here in Navarra, on February 3rd, it is customary to take them to be blessed, and just by sucking on them, sore throats disappear.

The candies of always!!!

They take you back to your childhood.

The candies of always!!!! That's what we hear from our customers when they see a wall full of candies in all flavors and colors.

The truth is, as we always say, we follow our grandparents' recipes and make them just as they did: water, sugar, aroma, and natural colorants.

These are the candies that, when our grandparents traveled to the city, they would buy for their grandchildren, and that's what our customers tell us: 'My grandmother would bring these when she went to Madrid, or Pamplona, or... well, to the capital.'

These are the candies that, when you eat them, take you back to your childhood. Who hasn't eaten candies with violet flavor? Or the orange and lemon wedges? Or the mixed fruits? Or the aniseed drops? Candies of always and for always
